"The shoe pocket in this bag is key, it keeps any dirt/mud/grass separated from the rest of your stuff.The bag also has a convenient mesh pocket inside the main opening that is good for holding small things (sunscreen, nail clippers, keys, whatever).
One thing to be aware of is that the shoulder strap is pretty long, even when you pull it to the shortest setting it is tough to ride a bike with this bag since it hangs down below the seat (at least for me).
The bag is quite large, you can easily fit cleats, water, shorts, pants, a couple of jerseys, and some food.I use this bag for Ultimate Frisbee, and I can fit everything I need for a tournament in the bag with plenty of room to spare.Overall I am very happy with my purchase. " – Jonathan N. Klein

"The bag itself is pretty good. Durable, and the zipper holds up even when the bag is stuffed to full capacity. One thing I think could be better are the handles and strap. On other duffel bags I've seen they have additional padding on the handles and strap, which this bag doesn't have. If you're not putting heavy things in the bag, it doesn't matter as much, but if you're using this bag for a bit heavier things, the strap is something to watch for. My decision came down to, "well, I can use this bag for trips and stuff too", so I went with the large. It's a very nice sized bag. "I bought this bag for a recent 2 week trip to Europe, thinking that a rolling carry-on and cobblestone streets wouldn't mix well, and it was great. It holds a surprising amount of stuff, and is so sturdy that even after checking it crammed full on 7 international flights, I have yet to see any visible signs of wear. I also love that, now that I'm back, I can just fold it up into its included accessory case and just stow it easily on a shelf. The pattern is really attractive, too.
My only complaint about this item is that there is no padding whatsoever on the straps (which double as shoulder straps when you wear it as a backpack), and that the straps bunch up and twist around within the plastic fixtures that attach them to the body of the bag. These two issues make it pretty uncomfortable to carry anything heavy for any significant length of time.

"The adidas large striker duffel is amazingly roomy and can fit a ton of clothes inside of it.The one downside is that when the side pouches are full, that the space inside the main part of the bag is greatly decreased.When the duffel bag is completely full of clothes, it is extremely heavy, but the strap is padded and surprisingly comfortable.I would recommend placing shoes inside of a plastic bag before placing them inside the duffel...same with wet items such as bathing suits or towels just to keep the bag alive longer. First of all in the picture the material looks a bit shiny, it is extremely heavy duty and has a ballistic style diamond pattern that was better than expected.
Straps wrap around the bag to support the bag on the bottom, heavy duty zipper very rugged bag.
